THE FUTURE OF REWARD AND HR MANAGEMENT 

In June we delivered a successful interactive event, supported by fantastic key speakers and attended by organisations from across the INGO sector.

We had insightful discussions and gave practical tips on navigating Reward, Employment policy and Talent Management post-covid within the INGO sector.

 

The overall aim of the session was around compliantly building a global workforce post-covid. Recognising that ways of working have changed permanently across the world, reward, employment policy and talent management need to evolve to meet this new normal.

Key topics covered in details were:

  • How do you make sure your organisation seizes the agenda and attracts the right talent? What do you need to do to employ your global workforce compliantly?

  • Global Workers: what does it mean to be globally local?

  • Fair Reward in this new Climate

  • HR, tax and legal: Managing compliance for globally remote employees

  • Thinking Outside the Box on Mobile Talent

Following the event, we have drawn together a number of key themes and next steps as set out below.

These are very much interlinked, and we are pleased to announce that CM HR Consulting and Lee McIntyre-Hamilton at Keystone Law are combining our skills to provide co-sourcing support to your organisations on these topics for Remote and Hybrid working. We are also currently working together to develop the checklists which could simplify this for the sector in the future and will share our news in due course.
