Global Compensation Worshop

Our upcoming workshop will be delivered in three virtual sessions.  

We will ensure the values, principles and practices of operating a Global Compensation Strategy are experienced in this interactive training course. 

Session 1

Managing pay for a global workforce

The first session will explore the polar opposite approaches to managing pay which are currently active in the sector.

It will include case studies from the sector and participants will understand which approach most closely meets their values.  Establishing pros and cons of these strategies to balance the pull between aligning pay internally and competing for talent in the external market.

 

At the end of Session 1 participants will have conceptualised the Compensation Philosophy for their organisation. 
 

Session 2

Pay Mechanics

The second session will focus on establishing the principles to set pay across the organisation, also known as a Compensation Policy.

 

Specially targeted to organisations with remote/mobile/international staff, this session approaches setting pay, benchmarking, and principles to have one or multiple pay scales.   Achieved in a mindful way to ensure organisations are compliant.

At the end of Session 2 participants will know the mechanics to build pay scales for their organisation.
 

Session 3

Beyond Pay; managing benefits for a global workforce

This session will critically review benefits and establish an employee value proposition that can be applicable globally. Regardless of location, employees can have access to similar benefits. 

​

At the end of Session 3 participants will identify the gaps in benefits for their organisation and be able to talk about the Employee Value Proposition and 'Total Rewards'.
